The JBK5 series transformer is our company's latest transformer series introduced from Germany. Based on the domestic JBK3 series transformer, it has further absorbed similar foreign products over the years and optimized the wiring terminal structure using advanced foreign methods. The terminals are integrated with the framework, improving the protection level and preventing accidental contact with the IP2LX circuit. The domestic IT cold-pressed wiring terminals are used, which can increase the wiring density.
The transformer uses argon arc welding technology to connect the silicon steel sheets and between the silicon steel sheets and the base plate, forming a single unit that is simple and clear. Especially the base plate is formed in one step, making the installation dimensions more convenient than the JBK3 series. By using high-quality anti-corrosion alloy materials, the reliability of grounding performance is greatly improved, and the overall product quality is enhanced. This product meets the relevant international and national standards such as VDE0550, IEC204-1, IEC439, JB5555, GB5226, and has received the European Community "CE" certification, making it interchangeable with foreign products.
The JBK5 series transformer is suitable for AC 50/60Hz, with an input voltage not exceeding 1120V and an output rated voltage not exceeding 1120V. It is used as a power supply for general electrical control, work, and signal lamps in various industrial equipment.
